Who We Are

FRANK MONDELLI

Frank began his career as a consulting engineer working on large infrastructure construction projects. In 1996, he joined the banking industry through Scotiabank where he remained for 8 years and then to RBC for 4 years. Frank specialized in commercial banking from small business to large syndicated transactions. In 2008, during the collapse of the US financial markets, Frank saw the opportunity to venture into the private sector and joined Toronto Capital. In 2014, he took over Toronto Capital as its Principal Broker and President.

Frank is also the President of Avenue Capital Mortgage Administration Inc. which is a licensed mortgage administration company with approximately $150M in private syndicated loans.
